Join Martez Schembri, RMT, RMT; CST-D; CSFC, over the Canada Day Long Weekend when she brings her wealth of trauma informed experience to Dimensions Summer Wellness Series as the author of “Journal M.A.G.I.C.” Her five-step process, for journaling to creating your own magic through meditation, affirmations, gratitude, intentions and connections, will be at the centre of Dimensions’ Canada Day Weekend programming.  The two-night minimum, Art and M.A.G.I.C. of Summer Journaling runs through Friday, June 28, Saturday, June 29 and Sunday June 30.

Martez is Dimensions’ resident Registered Massage Therapist and Craniosacral Therapist. She is also a Certified Compassion Fatigue Specialist and Certified Solution Focused Counselor.

Every program offered during the Summer Wellness Series at Dimensions Algonquin Highlands is an all-inclusive experience and it may be just the antidote you need to get back to being the grounded, resilient, and positive person you know you are.

Dimensions Algonquin Highlands is located 30 min south of Haliburton, Ontario on Maple Lake.

Stays are based on a two-night minimum and the all-inclusive rates begin at $750 CDN per night, solo and $1250 CDN per night, duo.
