Experience the healing warmth of guided yoga and Pilates sessions by two of Toronto’s most sought-after yoga and Pilates instructors: Patricia Dominski and Carla Interior. Then challenge yourself to a cold plunge outdoors, in the pristine waters of Maple Lake. Indoor movement and outdoor water therapy are highlights of your Winter Wellness Weekend program inclusions.  In mid-winter, we cut through the ice for an intensified therapeutic experience.This activity stimulates blood flow, reduces inflammation, and releases mood-elevating endorphins.

Stays are based on a two-night minimum and the all-inclusive rates begin at $750 CDN per night, solo and $1250 CDN per night, duo.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

Our all-inclusive accommodations and well-being services are elevated, discrete, and informed by a modern sensibility. Chef-prepared, plant-based, and protein diet menus are tailored to enhance each guest’s mind-body connection. Dining takes place in community at our Maple Lodge harvest table. Every stay is preceded by a consult with a member of Dimensions Retreat’s resident health and wellness team who will expertly design how your precious time could be spent on your well-being over the course of your stay with us.

All inclusions are optional and based on individual preferences:
