Writing our stories is a sacred act.
That’s because our stories help us make sense of our lives and provide a deeper understanding of our inner nature. Our stories are often about our struggles and writing about our struggles makes us feel less alone in the world. Writing a memoir can be both therapeutic and transformational — and they can help us heal.
