Ashley Owusu-Ansah, Pilates

This weekend’s co-host is Ashley, also known as Ash. On Saturday she will guide you through an energizing beat based pilates-inspired workout. The class is designed to both challenge you while giving you a chance to connect deeper with your movement practice. This experience that will surely get you out of your head and into your body.

Ashley is a certified pilates, lagree, and movement instructor based in Ottawa, Ontario. She teaches classes and events across the city. She began teaching during the pandemic to share her passion for movement with others.

She has been involved in the movement community all her life but started exploring various group fitness classes in 2016. Through her classes Ashley strives to create classes that allow participants to challenge themselves but in a safe, inclusive and fun environment. It is a priority for Ashley to ensure that every student in her class feels welcomed regardless of their gender, race or build.
