
Jane Flynn, Be You Yoga
Jane Flynn is the founder of Toronto’s Be You Yoga. For decades, yoga has been an important part of Jane Flynn’s life, though balancing a demanding career, raising an active family, and seeking high-intensity workouts often made it difficult to maintain a consistent practice. Prioritizing spin classes, running, or CrossFit, yoga was something that happened only occasionally. However, once Jane committed to integrating yoga into daily life, the transformation was undeniable—both physically and mentally.
This personal journey led to the creation of Be You Yoga, a space dedicated to helping others experience the same sense of balance and renewal. As Jane taught and connected with clients, it became clear that incorporating elements of Pilates—focusing on toning, strengthening, and alignment—would enhance the practice even further. The response has been overwhelmingly positive.
After 25 years in the corporate world of banking and consulting, Jane made the leap to fully embrace her passion for wellness. Be You Yoga was founded to provide a welcoming space where individuals can step away from their routines, reconnect with themselves, and explore their own path to well-being. Watching the community grow has been both invigorating and deeply rewarding.
