Can what you eat actually affect your mood? The short answer is YES. Discover how during this special culinary-wellness weekend. You’ll meet the authors, TAMARA GREEN and SARAH GROSSMAN, certified nutritionists and the founders of The Living Kitchen.  Together in collaboration with our Executive Chef, Miriam Echeverria you will be introduced to eating to reduce stress, boost your energy, help focus, instill calm, and improve your sleep.  Every guest will receive a copy of Tamara and Sarah’s new book, Good Food, Good Mood. You’ll learn that by eating better you can feel better too.

This all-inclusive Wellness Series program featuring the Good Food, Good Mood authors at Dimensions Algonquin Highlands begins on Saturday, May 18 and runs through to departures on Monday, May 20 at Dimensions Retreats’ new Canadian lakeside destination, located 30 min south of Haliburton, Ontario on Maple Lake.

Stays are based on a two-night minimum, and the all-inclusive rates begin at $515 CDN per night, solo and $915 CDN per night, duo.

All-Inclusive accommodations and well-being services are luxurious, discrete, and informed by a modern sensibility. Chef-prepared, plant-based, and protein diet menus are tailored to enhance each guest’s mind-body connection. Dining takes place in community at our Maple Lodge harvest table. Every stay is preceded by a consult with a member of Dimensions Retreat’s resident health and wellness team who will expertly design how your precious time could be spent on your well-being over the course of your stay with us.
