These all-inclusive accommodations, amenities, and activities are all conducted by Dimensions’ therapists, clinicians, and hospitality experts. Wellness Series stays are available (March 30, 31 and April 1 2024) and are based on a two-night minimum (dog-friendly premises).

A brief reset at the new Dimensions Algonquin Highlands may be just the antidote you need to get back to being the grounded, resilient, and positive person you know you are.  The Cold Plunge Weekend is the all-inclusive March 2024 continuation of the Wellness Series at Dimensions Algonquin Highlands. Be guided by the guest experts of UNBOUNDED and experience winter differently, embrace the cold and change your relationship with winter, nature and yourself. One guided cold plunge will be conducted by the UNBOUNDED cold immersion experts. The program runs the nights of March 30, March 31 and April 1, 2024 at Dimensions Retreats’ new Canadian lakeside destination.

Stays are based on a two-night minimum and the all-inclusive rates begin at $500 CDN per night, solo and $900 CDN per night, duo.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

All-Inclusive accommodations and well-being services are luxurious, discrete, and informed by a modern sensibility. Chef-prepared, plant-based, and protein diet menus are tailored to enhance each guest’s mind-body connection. Dining takes place in community at our Maple Lodge harvest table. Every stay is preceded by a consult with a member of Dimensions Retreat’s resident health and wellness team who will expertly design how your precious time could be spent on your well-being over the course of your stay with us.

All inclusions are optional and based on individual preferences:

  • Winter season outdoor activities on Maple Lake (snow shoeing, hiking, skating, cross-country skiing, bon fires)
